Mossimo Giannulli Wants To Serve The Rest Of His Prison Sentence In Home Confinement

Get the Full Story57-year-old Mossimo Giannulli is currently serving five months in prison for his role in the College Admissions scandal. The Bonnie to his Clyde, 56-year-old Lori Loughlin has already been released and is probably helping Olivia Jade with her next YouTube masterpiece right now. Mossimo has reportedly been in solitary confinement because of COVID-19 concerns. Well, he s leaning in, honey! I guess being in his own special cell away from the other inmates isn t enough for Mossimo, because now he s asking to be in his own building, miles upon miles away. Specifically, he wants to serve the rest of his sentence at his mansion because solitary is too, too much for him. While Mossimo calls being away from people HELL, I call it Heaven!

TMZ report that Mossimo s legal team filed legal documents, saying that after 56 days in solitary confinement at FCI Lompoc in California, he wants to spend the rest of his prison time at home. And I want Henry Cavill to magically appear in my bed wearing only underwear made of the Popeye s Chicken Sandwich, but it s not going to happen. But Mossimo claims the confinement made his sentence more extreme than it should be. What did he think federal prison was like? He thought he was gonna be playing racketball with his bunk buddy everyone called Slasher? Come on now .

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Mossimo claims his time in solitary is making his incarceration way more extreme than it should be and warrants an alternative option of home confinement.

He says being confined to a small cell 24 7, with only three 20-minute breaks per week, is taking a mental, physical and emotional toll.

Lori s already home after serving almost 2 months behind bars, and Mossimo claims he won t be bringing COVID back with him if he s sprung early he says he s tested negative at least 10 times.

Mossimo s current release date is set for April 17.

Poor Mossimo. He got that whole new badass look and nobody s even seeing it! Well, if Mossimo gets his wish, then hopefully Red Table Talk will do a remote episode from his mansion and he can cry about how all of this has been hard on him. Adrienne Banfield Jones would tear him apart with just one glare.
