In a now-viral TikTok video, Taksisi recounted discovering a man hiding under her bed at the APA Hotel & Resort in Tokyo. After sightseeing, Taksisi returned to her hotel room around 7:30 p.m., she said. She noticed what she called a weird smell in the room, and upon investigating, she saw a pair of eyes. Those eyes belonged to a man concealed beneath her bed. Startled, she screamed. Takisi said in her post, The man climbed out from under the bed and stared at me for three seconds. Trying to reassure a child who feared a monster, the babysitter discovered 27-year-old Martin Villalobos Jr. hiding there. Villalobos, a former resident of the home, was under a protection-from-abuse order prohibiting him from being on the property. One child was knocked over during an altercation, and Villalobos fled the scene before authorities arrived. Police apprehended Villalobos Jr. the following morning after a brief foot chase. Villalobos faces multiple charges, including aggravated kidnapping, aggravated burglary, aggravated battery, child endangerment, felony obstruction of a law enforcement officer, and violation of a protection-from-abuse order. He is currently held on a 500,000 bond.
